- Usage Data: We may temporarily track the number of operations performed per phone number in a 24-hour period to enforce free-tier rate limits.
3. How We Process and Store Your Data
We prioritize absolute security and minimal data retention:
- No Long-Term File Storage: Your documents and images are downloaded directly to a temporary, secure secure server environment solely for the duration of processing.
- Auto-Deletion: Once your file has been successfully processed and returned to you via WhatsApp, both the original uploaded files and the resulting processed files are immediately and permanently deleted from our servers.
- No Database of Files: We do not log, read, verify, or catalog the contents of your documents.
4. Third-Party Services
We utilize the following third-party infrastructure to power our service:
- Meta Cloud API (WhatsApp): All messaging uses WhatsApp's end-to-end encrypted infrastructure during transit.
- Vercel & Secure Hosting: Our processing logic runs on secure cloud infrastructure where the temporary file manipulation takes place.
We do not sell, rent, or explicitly share your phone number or data with any external marketing agencies or third parties.
5. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

8. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
To ensure a fast and reliable experience for everyone, QuickPDF Assistant employs a Fair Usage Policy. While our Pro plan offers "Unlimited" access, these limits are designed to prevent automated abuse and server strain.
- Daily Operations: "Unlimited" refers to manual use by a single individual. A soft limit of 200 operations per 24-hour period applies. Use beyond this is considered commercial/automated and may result in temporary rate-limiting.
- Image Batching: You can combine as many images as you need into a single PDF, provided the final output file does not exceed the 100MB document size limit.
- Prohibited Use: Use of scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with QuickPDF Assistant is strictly prohibited. The service is intended for personal and standard professional use only.
- System Integrity: We reserve the right to temporarily suspend accounts that perform high-frequency actions that threaten the stability of our Azure infrastructure.
